An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and the order is processed by us.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines shown are estimated, and may vary based on location, courier performance, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays.
Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner, delivery is managed by the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Perishable Products (No Returns)
Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
However, if you receive a damaged package, wrong item, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at goodnessghar@gmail.com with your order details and unboxing photos/videos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Goodness Ghar products are food and wellness-based offerings. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
