Shipping Policy

At Goodness Ghar, we prepare all products with care and ship across India using trusted courier partners. Please read the following shipping policy before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Since our products are fresh and perishable, certain items may be made in small       batches and can take slightly longer.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (where applicable).


2. Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier service availability. Estimated timelines:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days

• Other cities/towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control such as weather, operational delays, courier disruptions, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location

Order weight/size

Courier partner rates

Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before payment.


4. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number and pincode are accurate at checkout.

Goodness Ghar is not responsible for delays or delivery failure due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Incorrect phone number

Unavailability of recipient at the time of delivery

Refusal to accept the package

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address/unavailability, reshipping may be chargeable.


5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared. Tracking updates are controlled by the courier partner and may take 24–48 hours to reflect.


6. Perishable Products

As our products are food-based and perishable:

We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package on delivery

We do not take responsibility for quality issues arising from delays caused by incorrect address/unavailability/refusal


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If the outer package appears:

Damaged

Leaking

Opened/Tampered

please capture clear photos/videos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:
