At Goodness Ghar, we sell fresh, perishable food products, so returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order is delivered.

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept:

• Cancellations after shipping

• Refunds for change of mind

✅ Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you received:

• Damaged packaging

• A broken / spilled product

• Wrong item

• Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear unboxing photos

• Photos of outer packaging + product
